Check the settings for disabling web search results in the Start Menu options.
I believe the feature to turn them off was removed in the latest major release. Windows 7 doesn’t include them, so consider upgrading. Alternatively, you can modify the registry using this resource: https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-ti...il-update/. It’s possible an Enterprise version of Windows 10 still offers this option, which you’ll need to verify elsewhere.
