She got a new laptop and noticed it wasn’t the one we ordered. We need to return it because we set up her Microsoft account on it before using it. We’re trying to delete that account but can’t find instructions. It seems the guide only mentions removing extra accounts when multiple ones exist. Any suggestions?

Open the settings menu and reset the PC there. This is recommended before handing over ownership of a computer.
