Hi, my family spends a lot of time online, so when I play bf4 it’s likely I’ll experience lag. I suggest they watch their videos at 360p on an iPad, but I still face issues with youtube. My download speed is 6.50 mbps and upload speed is just 0.30 mbps.

Your connection might be slowing down. Run a speed test while they’re not using YouTube and again when they are.

Battlefield consumes significantly more bandwidth than typical games like CSGO or COD. This would be considered standard.

It's typical with your connection speed. You're experiencing minor delays due to the limited bandwidth on your plan. Streaming services like YouTube consume a lot of data, which adds to the strain. The combined effect might cause slight lag, but you can improve things by upgrading your internet plan from your provider.

You might consider applying limitters, though they aren't reliable every time. It's better to adapt first, then it becomes less important.
