I have a Microsoft 365 account PixelPowerTech.onmicrosoft.com. I'm facing an issue with the security.microsoft.com feature in "Emails & collaborations" under "Submissions." When I click "Turn on auditing," I see a prompt asking me to click "OK," but then I encounter an error saying I can't proceed. Have anyone else had this problem? Did you find a solution? I've reached out to Microsoft support multiple times without success and checked the official documentation, but it doesn’t seem to help. Any contacts or email addresses at Microsoft that might assist me would be great. Their standard number is 0344 800 2400, but it doesn't work.

Microsoft 365 tenancies are set up as 'dehydrated' by default to reduce storage usage. This can cause some features to be unavailable or turned off. Connect to Exchange Online PowerShell, run the provided command, and wait 24 hours. If problems persist in the GUI, enable Unified Audit Log ingestion via the admin portal at admin.microsoft.com.

Everything looks fine—this appears to be either a personal initiative or a business endeavor. For a business setup, it would be wise to collaborate with an MS partner since the default configuration for 365 is quite basic and requires many manual adjustments.
