Hello everyone! I'm a new member here...
I own a Deepcool genome computer case with a built-in pump and radiator. The pump stopped working recently, and I'm trying to find a replacement. I only need the pump itself, as I really like the three fans and the radiator. Since I'm not very experienced with water cooling, should I also add new liquid when replacing it? Do you have any suggestions for compatible pumps for the Deepcool genome? Thanks!

You'd need to swap the CPU block/pump unit for another alternative, possibly a similar AIO model or something different. For a proper replacement, consider returning the pump. How long have you owned it and how do you confirm the pump has failed?

I'm using Alphacool eisberg 280. I'm not sure about the standard for the watercables, but it seems they mention G1/4s. If you're lucky, you can look at their website and purchase the pump if it fits. If not, you could buy a new radiator or try another brand. I know you'd prefer to keep your radiator.

G1/4 is a suitable thread size, but it doesn't affect the actual diameter of the tubing. The ID and OD relate to the tubing's dimensions and wall thickness. I still suggest reaching out to Deepcool for warranty and RMA support. Their products typically come with a 1-3 year warranty.
