Hi everyone, I just bought the Deco XE75 2 pack and am facing slow performance with the second access point. The speeds are really low whether you're connecting via wired or wireless. I’ll try to walk through the setup below and share some photos for clarity. ISP: ATT Fiber (1Gbps). Speeds at main AP: Wired – 800 up/down (PC); Wireless – 600 up/down (iPhone). At second AP: (note that using the old ATT Wi-Fi extender gave me over 200 up/down on these same connections with the same cables) Wired – 91 Mbps (PS5); Wireless – 91 Mbps (iPhone). Setup details: Modem from ATT ISP (BGW210), APs connected via Ethernet, PS5 via wireless. Firmware updated on both APs; IP Passthrough enabled on the modem (see photos). Let me know if this helps! Any suggestions?

The situation becomes more complex, easing the strict stance from AP(1) to AP(2) and linking AP(2) back to AP(1) through Wi-Fi. iPhone speed test on Wi-Fi reached 500 Mbps up/down; PS5 Ethernet test showed 600 Mbps download, UL 80 standard.

It might be a broken cable. Just four of the eight wires are sufficient for 100 Mbps, which could explain the speed cap.

It's possible the issue isn't ruled out simply because it functioned well on one device. A slight cable variation can cause performance differences—sometimes it runs at Gigabit on one system and drops to 100Mbit on another.
