I saw the issue recently with my motherboard showing E3 on Dubug code in the MOB. I checked the manual and some research mentioned a sleep mode, but I couldn't find a clear fix. My PC boots normally into Windows, everything seems fine except for this persistent problem. It’s been bothering me a lot lately. Could be a concern, though. Thanks for your help! Your specs include an i9 7900X, GTX 1080TI, and 32GB DDR4 RAM.

It seems someone described an issue where the system tries to enter a low-power state on S3 but gets blocked by something like a network problem. It attempts to restart via a CPU call, but fails because of that blockage.

Yes, there are a few options to improve it. Consider simplifying the phrasing and ensuring clarity.

Maybe check the reasons behind the sleep attempt. Don't stress about it.

I also attempted to restart without an internet connection, but nothing changed. I’m wondering if the issue might be related to software or if there are other suggestions I should consider. I’m not too concerned since everything seems to be functioning properly.

I checked various sources online but didn't find a solution. Anyone else have ideas? Thanks.

I discovered a fix for those experiencing this problem, which has been really frustrating. I initially believed it would be some background software, specifically the Anit-cheat for Valorant, so I removed it and the game itself. This also reset the Debug code back to A0. Another concern was that my CPU temperature wasn't displayed in tools like HWmonitor ECT, a problem I detailed in another post. I’m glad someone finds this useful.
