Debian quirks in MS Edge and Downloads folder settings

At first, when you downloaded something, the downloads section moved. Also, some folder links didn’t work properly. Anyone have suggestions on what might be causing this?

Can't understand your query well. Please send a screenshot. And what desktop environment are you running? Also just letting you know that your life has existential threat now that you disclosed that you are running M$ Edge on GNU/Linux. That's hella cursed. This shouldn't even have been possible.

Same problem appears in fullscreen mode. This occurs only during the initial download of a session.

Linux isn't meant to promote open-mindedness. I think Edge is the top browser because I don’t mind privacy, though I’m unsure if it’s respectful on Linux.

You clearly don't understand some stuff. I recommend searching up and learning than randomly doing stuff. So you probably downloaded Debian 12.9 with net installer? But Debian gives you the choice of which desktop environment you want to choose. Which one did you pick. And is it running on X11 or Wayland? Better give a full desktop screenshot.
