I don’t have access to the factory recovery image on my device. I haven’t touched the standard firmware since installation.

Maybe at the top level, but I faced a lot of issues with my nanoHD and had to rely on their management tools. Switching it to OpenWRT gave me more stable results and freedom from their heavy software. I've also tried consumer routers as Access Points that perform equally well, particularly when using OpenWRT. For routers, OpenWRT or pfSense are the best options compared to any closed systems.

Owned a few Asus units, all in poor condition. Also had several TP-Link devices, which performed well.
