I found this could be helpful when checking the 7950x3D 8+0 setup today. Initially, boost clocks weren't exceeding 5.175GHz across all cores, with only one reaching that level. The others were limited to 5.05GHz. After re-enabling the second CCD, I immediately saw 5.25GHz on CCD0 again.
