You can restore your Linux Mint setup from the USB drive by reinstalling it. Make sure you back up any important data before proceeding.

So if I'm understanding correctly you want to install it into the PC so you don't need to use the stick and do it'll save changes right? If so, there's usually a program on the live USB to install it. There's usually a shortcut on the desktop that says install Linux mint or something like that. Otherwise check through the programs menu.

The shortcut wasn't on the desktop, I had to search through the files instead.
