Right now it operates without multiple blue screens and restarts. Its factory performance core clock has been reduced from 57 to 55.
The PC was assembled by ChillBlast a few years ago and is still under warranty. It received a brand new CPU and fan replacement to prevent crashes, but these repairs have been repeated twice recently with no resolution found. They seem to only plan to replace the CPU again. Is there really a problem if you have to underclock the system from its original settings to make it work? Does this seem like a broken issue without a clear fix?
Well, looky here...you're not the only one facing this trouble, wouldn't you say? I'd really need a brand new machine! Reports show blue screen problems with Chillblast PCs, including cases where a pre-built system kept freezing after repairs and even after replacing parts. One person mentioned their gaming PC would shut down despite having 50% or 40% battery, which seemed tied to a RAM issue that was initially wrongly identified. Another user faced a blue screen of death after fixing the machine, fixing it by swapping out memory, hinting at a misdiagnosis. A post described another situation where a Chillblast PC kept overheating and crashing repeatedly after several repairs—like CPU and GPU swaps—but the company couldn't fix it. These stories show that while some get good service and results, others keep dealing with stubborn hardware problems and unreliable support, often stuck with the same blue screen issues.
The response is seldom useful in this context.

Thank you.
I understand the problems with that business. I've had mixed experiences with them and their third-party service provider for nearly two years now. They always seem to want me to send it in for repair, which usually takes three to five weeks. It feels like they're just wasting my time until the warranty expires.
