Hey there, new visitor! Just a Canadian here, and I visited Japan a couple of months back. When I got the Logitech PowerPlay, I expected it to last forever and keep my G502 Lightspeed running smoothly. But now it won’t charge at all. I’ve tried removing the drivers, deleting ghub, restarting, reinstalling, updating firmware, switching USB cables, and even testing it on another machine. The RMA process doesn’t allow international transfers, and I’m not sure if anyone else has had success. The model details are 7.1.11 for PowerPlay and 40.3.14 for Lightspeed receiver.
