Is your CPU functioning correctly? If yes, possible issues might exist. Details: AsRock B450M-Pro4 Corisair RM650 Ryzen 7 3800X (found on Facebook Marketplace for around $100). ID-Cooling-SE-214 Corisair TM30 Thermal Paste SilverStone Fara H1M Corsair iCue SP120 RGB RTX 2060 6GB (Asus Dual Fan) Corsiar Vengence (8GBx4). I only removed the CMOS battery for five minutes and cut power supply. All components seem operational. Before installing the CPU, I verified there were no bent pins. Did it function on the previous board version? Was this the first time it was used there?
Your system appears to be stuck in a loop. Check the boards for error lights to identify issues. If you own the 2600 model, verify whether it starts with this hardware still available. Also, confirm if your board includes the most recent BIOS that supports third-generation processors.
I’ve got the newest BIOS version ready. When I first noticed the problem, I didn’t understand what was wrong, so I asked a friend who suggested trying to lower the voltage (though I haven’t done that yet). Unfortunately, I can’t install the 2600 because my schedule requires me to go to school and then work right away after coming home. I’ll keep this update as current as I can.
Ryzen CPUs often require a long time to boot during the first start in a new system. After removing and reinserting the CPU, this issue resurfaces. If you haven’t resolved it yet, try turning it on and letting it initialize for about 15 minutes. This should help!
Is the latest version of your BIOS available on your board, including one compatible with Ryzen 3000? Are your BIOS configurations set to default?
