I performed a recent DDU update, and after the PC restarted from the DDU setup, a driver was already present.

Disconnect from the internet since the Windows update will reinstall the driver. Use DDU to download the latest driver, then reboot to safe mode and run DDU to restart in normal mode for installation. After that, reconnect the internet.
