The system shows unusual startup behavior. On power-up, the CPU indicator remains static red for several minutes before activating, which is unusually slow. Even after a restart, the boot process drags on and the RAM lights stay yellow without turning off. This could indicate an issue with the DRAM or power delivery under load. The high speed of the RAM might be contributing to the delay. I recommend checking the power supply and ensuring it can handle the combined load of the Ryzen 7 and 4070. If the problem persists, a hardware test might be necessary.

This speed could be challenging for a Ryzen 7000, as 6400MT/s is quite high. It's uncertain if it will run smoothly in 1:1 mode or slow down significantly in 2:1 mode. Training takes more than a minute, which isn't unusual for an early BIOS setup. Which BIOS version are you using?

Consider updating your bios firmware to the latest version and turning off xmp or docp based on your motherboard. If that doesn<|pad|>, we'll investigate further—perhaps the issue lies with your CPU.

It usually needs around two minutes to load into Windows. The BIOS version listed is A.A0, dated 12/15/2023, which matches MSI's support info.

It will be version 7D76vAA, likely taken from MSI's site. Updating the BIOS there makes sense. I recommend going to version 7D76vAG instead.
