I've seen this too, even after checking everything. My RAM stays at the default 4800 MHz in a1 b1. I ran it with both dimensions tested, tried resting BIOS through CMOS and via Windows. Made sure the expo was enabled and set up. Checked if EZ mode settings were affecting advanced mode. Experimented with different voltages, but it still doesn't work. 7900X RX 6700XT on an Asus Prime B650 plus two 16GB Corsair modules. Need someone to help.

Based on what I've understood, the ASUS BIOS updates that resolved the SOC voltage problems also affected the 6000MT/s memory ratio on certain processors. Often, enabling EXPO and increasing the memory frequency to 6200 can fix it. If that doesn<|pad|>, adjusting to 5800 should also work, and opting for the slightly faster RAM might be beneficial if it functions.

It seems the system is displaying default values for DRAM while showing a different speed setting. When switching to speed mode, it adjusts accordingly. You're likely seeing the default configuration and then applying your desired settings.

Sure, I can help with that. Just to clarify, the current view shows the RAM at DDR5 6000, and if you're checking the speed details, it indicates SPD mode. That confirms the base speed information is available.

Wow, really helpful! I've been puzzled since switching to AM5—it's so different from AM4. Even though DDR5 had backward compatibility, I ended up getting a better upgrade in RAM. Overall 5 out of 5 for DDR5! Thanks!
