Hello
I adjusted the OC settings for memory RAM up to 3400Mhz CL 15-17-17-35 2T from standard 3000MHz CL 15-16-16-35 2T. Now I want to reduce the timings, and I'm curious which ones can be lowered the most.

The basics would be adjusting the main timings.
Adjusting any of the other more fine tuned options in an attempt to you fine tune it even further will cost you a lot of time and will require you to do some extra research.
Here's a basic overclocking tutorial

Beyond that, you may want to refer to some more in depth written guides.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help since I personally don't overclock my ram past its rated xmp oc

There isn't much value in adjusting sub timings for Intel since they don't provide a significant performance increase.
I'd be happy to assist, but I'm only familiar with tightening subtimings for Ryzen.
