I shortened my earlier update a bit, so please see this clearly. If your motherboard is covered by warranty, contact the service provider and bring it in for replacement. If it isn’t under warranty and you can’t find replacement parts easily, consider testing slot 3 and 4 at a repair shop or purchasing a used CPU that fits (the cheaper option is preferred, though I’d choose the shop). Only then should you decide what to do with the components.

The only other possibility is Benji talking about the CPU, because it manages most memory tasks, which would be an amazing achievement... PS: Hope it all works, Gigabyte customer service seems terrible.
