For manual optimization, raising the 3200MHz CL14 is likely a good choice since it offers better performance than the 3600MHz CL18. If only setting XMP is needed and cost isn't an issue, opt for the 3600MHz CL18.

3200MHZ CL14 runs at 8.75ns, while 3600MHz CL18 operates at 10ns with broader bandwidth. Note: For Ryzen models I’d consider higher MHz, but for Intel it’s uncertain—maybe prioritize speed?

I try 4000MHz on Intel with XMP settings. The performance is excellent, timing changes aren’t noticeable at this speed unless you’re aiming for top results in tests.
