DOPP is the method ASUS applies to their AMD boards; thus it doesn’t appear on MSI models, no worries there. The B150 model can’t handle RAM speeds beyond 2133Mhz. To boost performance you’ll need to upgrade something. There’s a technique called BCLK overclocking, but I’m hesitant to suggest it and it’s often missing in recent BIOS updates. Still, I wanted to note it, so others wouldn’t miss it.
It's always helpful to confirm understanding. I was reviewing three Mini-ITX MoBo boards for a 9th generation CPU, but none had support for 3200 MHz memory. That means I need to start over! The 'Intel Core i5-9600K' remains a solid option. Thanks!
Check compatibility for your setup. The Intel Core i5-9600K with dual-channel 3200MHz DDR4 works well with a M.2 slot on your Samsung Evo 960. A Mini-ITX chipset like the Intel Z390 is suitable for this configuration. Updated August 21, 2020 by ChrisQ Added chipset
