Your HP motherboard supports up to PC4-23400 with DDR4-2933, so replacing it with DDR4-3200 should work fine. The higher speed RAM won’t cause any issues.

The new RAM should fit without issues, though the clock speed might vary based on the package you select (it could be 2133 or 2400). For an HP system, you can't change memory speeds in the BIOS, so look for options that allow 2933MHz JEDEC. If you get a 3200MHz CL22 unit, it will function well, but you must ensure compatibility with 2933MHz without any overclocking to achieve the desired frequency.

It should function properly. A more affordable option might exist, though it will still operate correctly at 2933MHz.
