Hey, I see you're dealing with some frustrating performance issues. Your PC is showing inconsistent speeds and packet loss, which could point to several factors like network problems, driver issues, or even interference. Since you've ruled out common fixes and noticed differences between your setup and a Windows 11 laptop, it might help to double-check your router configuration, ensure stable Ethernet connections, and consider updating your network drivers. Also, try connecting via a different cable or switch to see if the problem persists.

Sure, let me know what steps you've already taken so far. That way I can avoid repeating anything you've already done.

Sure, I've experimented with various Ethernet cables, different PCs using the same cable, adjusted DNS settings, removed and reinstalled drivers, optimized power usage for better performance, and changed Device Manager settings to prioritize 100Mbps Full Duplex over higher speeds. I also disabled Green Ethernet and Gigabit Lite. Despite these changes, my old PC worked fine, but my new one has been consistently problematic. I'm nearly certain the issue lies with my computer itself.

I'll attempt it again next time my PC slows down. The problem seems to have vanished for some reason.
