You just saw a benchmark video showing the game required 13 GB. On your laptop it's using about 4.5 GB. It seems like around 8 GB might be the problem.
If the problem lies with RAM capacity, you'll notice a particular pattern in FPS... You'll see reduced FPS while moving the camera or changing position, and briefly after stopping. Once you remain still, your FPS improves. Depending on the game, it could also appear as stuttering instead of just low FPS. Your 1% drops will be minimal, and the stuttering will cease when you stop moving and panning. If FPS fluctuates in certain spots or directions even while standing still, it's likely a CPU or GPU issue.
