Hello,
I need to check if a dark rock 4 (non pro) will work well for cooling the i7 8700k at 5.0 hz. The cooler claims a 200W TDP rating.

Yes, it does... and adding a second fan makes it nearly silent.
If you're not too concerned about quiet operation, the Cryorig H7 also works well.

It relies on the required voltage for 5GHz, but definitely, it is more than enough.
