Hello, your computer frequently shuts down abruptly, leaving only black screens and no display output. Everything else functions normally. For instance, during a game you can hear your character moving and chatting, but the screen goes dark and refuses to show anything. The issue happens randomly sometimes—even after playing for hours. I searched online but didn’t find any matching reports. It seems to occur unexpectedly; I’ve tried replacing the RAM due to a memory error code on my old machine, but that didn’t help. I also swapped the power cables and GPU, yet the problem persists. My system details are: storage—ASUS ROG Strix X570-E gaming with Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200MHZ, 32GB; graphics—ASUS Strix OC RTX 3080; CPU—AMD 5800X3D; power supply—Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 11, 1000W; drives—Samsung 980Pro, 1TB, Samsung 970 EVO, 1TB, Samsung 860 1TB, WD Black 6TB, WD Blue 2TB. All drives appear healthy. No OCRAM activity detected. I’m unsure what might be causing this. Any suggestions?
