The board would not approve anything with that level of damage unless it was explicitly mentioned in the details and reflected in the photos.

I returned it. I doubt the board would function properly. I own a board that fell recently, suffering similar exterior damage. Trying to bend it back with pliers only causes further harm if the traces are compromised. Regarding safety... it's unfeasible to confirm without a detailed understanding of the internal wiring layout.

I received a refund without any issues, even though the decision came from eBay rather than the seller. Now I’m mainly looking to get my brother’s PC up and running until we get a new board. I’m hoping this could still work, as it will take a few weeks for the replacement to arrive. I’ll check if I can find a diagram or learn about the voltages at those two points.
