I ran Cinebench for CPU using a multicore test lasting ten minutes. The temperature stayed below 77°C throughout. For benchmarks, I used Heaven Benchmark 4.0 with specific settings: API Direct X 11, tessellation extreme stereo, 3x disabled, multi-monitor off, anti-aliasing off, and x8 window mode at 1440P resolution. The SSD was tested with Samsung Magician, showing no errors and the firmware was up to date. I’m starting to think the League of Legends might be causing the issue.

For your GPU, it's free software. Use Cinebench or Prime95 for CPU and RAM, and combine them for a stress test.
