Hi everyone, my fiancé is experiencing problems with Cyberpunk 2077 on his AMD GPU. He has a RX 7800xt with a rock white build, 12GB RAM, Corsair CL15 2133Hz NVMe SSD, and the game runs on Gen 3. It often crashes or freezes after loading—sometimes right after launch, sometimes mid-game, sometimes after a few minutes. He’s starting to dislike the experience. Could this be a system issue? I’ve attached logs and a stacktrace for reference. It’s been tested multiple times with no overlays, updated drivers, and even without any changes. He has an NVIDIA GPU and AMD CPU, but never crashes before. Is this related to using an AMD GPU? Please help!

Recent update shows clean reinstall cleared all partitions. Installed solely Windows 11, AMD drivers, Steam plus Cyberpunk. Cyberpunk failed three times during startup, then stabilized after ten minutes.

Yes, the crash handler typically records details about the crash and sends them to developers for analysis. Those logs are usually stored in the application's error or debug section.

She will attempt once more today to determine if she will crash and try to retrieve the log.

It seems I’m not sure how to interpret the logs. You might want to look for someone on Reddit or a CB2077 forum to help analyze them.
