Your PC seems to struggle under heavy loads. Based on the test results, it’s likely not just your perception. The performance numbers indicate room for improvement, especially when running at 4K resolution with DLSS enabled.

The GPU usage during gameplay appears moderate, with occasional spikes when rendering complex scenes or effects.

96-97% When using DLSS in Ultra Performance, I occasionally see 60fps at 80%, which is uncommon.

Yes, I'm providing it with sufficient energy.

I think your setup works well for several reasons: - You're testing various game versions alongside different DLSS iterations, which behave differently. - Cybperpunk presets have evolved recently; for instance, the latest "Medium" configuration is more intense than it was a couple of releases prior.

Usage is at its highest, suggesting it isn't limited by any constraints.

Raising the power limit doesn’t enhance performance. That’s accurate. I initially thought newer versions would boost results, though in reality, nothing changed. Also, I wasn’t comparing fixed settings; I was pushing everything to its limit. While it seems fully utilized, I still noticed noticeable gaps compared to previous versions.

My previous setup was a 5800X/3080 Ti with 32GB RAM and a 3600 CL14 graphics card. After the update, performance stayed strong at around 35 FPS across all settings, thanks to DLSS quality. At release, I had a 3700X/3080 10G with 32GB and a 3200 CL16. The AMD SMT optimization pushed everything further, achieving about 55 FPS. After the official AMD SMT fix patch, I regained roughly 35 FPS on that configuration. It seems the game has become more demanding in runtime since launch.

I agree, the test on RT:Ultra with DLSS enabled achieved 60fps on average. That would be great if it worked in games too.

I'll join the group with doubts about the power supply. 750W is the absolute lowest GPU needs. On every system I've assembled using the 3080, I consistently opt for at least 850W to guarantee sufficient power, particularly when boosting RT cores. Cyberpunk 2077 demands a lot of resources. 4K isn't ideal for the 3080, especially the 10GB model, which often stalls near buffer limits in about 95% of cases.
