I expect much improved results by adjusting certain parameters. Companies haven't released major updates in over ten years... DLSS doesn't actually boost resolution; it reduces it where you're not focusing. It performs better than AMD's version. I wouldn't rely heavily on performance stats before the first patch drop. Fortunately, I don't have to obsess over settings; my setup is a 10700k/RTX 3080. Different approaches suit different people—I think it wasn't overly hyped, likely fitting the developer's vision and content quality. Haha, I'm the other side, but a game I truly want to play tends to be released every few years. Then I usually do a full system overhaul.
Focusing less on performance benchmarks for nearly incomplete releases with Denuvo, yet it looks like at 1080p using 2060S I’ll reach 60/75 with a blend of high and ultra as anticipated. It’s odd how DLSS really ruins the experience, but overall it matches what we expected.
Didn't create a brand-new PC just for this game, but started playing PC games again after switching from Xbox One in early summer. I upgraded my setup with some changes, aiming for a solid CB2077 experience. Running a 2600 at 4.2ghz and 5700xt 8GB RAM on a 1080p screen should comfortably handle medium to high settings.
Ironically, my graphics card could actually be the main limitation in my setup. I only have an Nvidia 1050Ti, and I’m hoping it will handle medium or even low loads well. I don’t expect much performance issues, as Doom Eternal runs smoothly on my rig and looks fine.
Goodbye to console gamers. Checked the screenshots from various systems and it was really concerning.
The Sony and Microsoft executives in charge of the console division must face legal action and face consequences for their actions harming the gaming community. I expressed this from the start, well before any consoles were revealed. THEY ARE INSUFFICIENT! They ought to have increased the price and improved the specifications considerably. You cannot label a console "next generation" if it launches games at 30 frames per second. If current titles perform at that speed, what will happen in the future when they are expected to look superior? Every critic claims upcoming releases will exploit the hardware more effectively, yet I always remain skeptical. How can newer titles fully utilize the system if it’s already running at low frame rates? Today’s Spiderman update reduced your resolution to ensure smoother performance with RT. These consoles are disappointing and should never have been approved for mass production. Customers are purchasing them for prices above 1,000 on eBay, clearly showing a strong desire to pay more. They should have offered superior components and a higher cost. These devices are essentially waste and will likely become obsolete e-waste, which we don’t need any more of.
Lol Cyberpunk on consoles resembles GTA 4 on PSP. Noticing its smooth performance even with the RTX 3080 under 60 FPS makes it nearly impossible to play on these devices.
I was checking Gamegpu.ru's benchmarks and saw my 1660 Super (the one I'm using) achieves 43 fps, 1060 at 39 fps, and the RX 580 drops to a dismal 29 fps in 1080p ultra. With an older 4C/8T CPU (Xeon E3-1231v3), I'm curious if I can even reach 30 fps in this game. https://gamegpu.com/action-/-fps-/-tps/c...st-gpu-cpu
