My issue is outlined in the title. I just completed my first PC build with these details: NVIDIA GeForce 4080 Super AMD Ryzen 9 7950X MSI B650 Gaming Plus Wifi Corsair RM1000e Full Modular Quiet ATX Power Supply Corsair Vengeance DDR5: 32 GB BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends International, LLC. 1.H6, 11/12/2024. I've updated the chipset driver, refreshed the BIOS, and tested DDU in safe mode prior to installing the newest NVIDIA drivers. I’m completely unsure what’s happening. If anyone has suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. In-game test: GPU-Z: 3DMark Time Spy Extreme link provided.

It's typical given the configurations you've chosen. This character maintains the same FPS when using High and ultra 4K with RT overdrive.
