Apparently there's some arbitrary setting in there somewhere that forces TAA Seems Film Grain, Motion Blur, and Chromatic Abberation are the settings that cause blurriness. Turned em off, game looks a lot better.

It's understandable to question why higher resolutions seem better. The clarity advantage often comes from advanced processing and larger file sizes capturing more detail.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share what I tried to improve the game's clarity. The approach was a bit unconventional but it seemed to help. I opened Nvidia Control Panel, enabled DSR at 3x or 4x native speed (I picked 3x because higher numbers didn’t match my monitor’s capabilities), and then changed the game resolution to the new preset from DSR. After that, I activated DLSS with Auto mode or chose the highest quality setting available on my card. I noticed the clarity stayed consistent regardless of the settings I used. Essentially, I was making the game believe it was running at a higher resolution than it actually was and using DLSS to upscale and render it. This combined method uses two AI tools working in opposite ways—one boosting detail and the other reducing it—and it eliminated noticeable blurriness in the paint. It’s a creative workaround that might benefit many 30 series owners, especially those with ray tracing enabled. Hope this helps! P.S.: My first attempt was just experimenting with settings to reduce blur and discovered this works.

Just tried it, not sure if it makes a big difference, and definitely if you turn on DSR you should be able to boost the in-game resolution beyond your monitor's native settings. That didn't happen for me. Reached maximum at 2560x1440, even adjusting Windows 10 resolution up to three times didn't unlock that option in the game. DLSS OFF, DSR OFF - 1440P DLSS OFF - DSR x3 - 1440P DLSS ULTRA PERFORMANCE - DSR OFF - 1440P DLSS ULTRA PERFORMANCE
