Cyberpunk
I was testing it and it performed well, with acceptable FPS and mostly high settings using DLSS Quality at 5120x1440 on a 2070. I think the CPU will only become a problem if you reach very high frame rates, so I don’t have much concern about that.
PC performance can reach limits when chasing high frame rates or by relying on large crowds, which causes heavy CPU load and frequent stutters in busy areas like city centers or markets. Medium crowd settings maintain close performance at around 60 frames per second, while low crowd settings keep 60 FPS stable without noticeable stutter or flickering under 60 FPS. On a 4790K (4C8T), I used 60 FPS with medium crowd and extreme reflection, followed by a 45 FPS cap on RTX at high crowd levels. The GPU usage increased noticeably, often exceeding non-RTX systems by more than 10% on average. Crowd settings significantly impact performance; certain adjustments can help the CPU handle the load better. Cascaded shadow resolution at medium setting also provides some improvement, similar to what was seen in version 1.05. Overall, modest improvements are possible, but higher settings demand more processing power.
