Yep, I bought that Sam's deal. Hmmm. Unpacked and surprised it had no vga or DVI ports. Turned out the display model has different MOBO. Well all my monitors are old and the headache of trying to find adaptor I just jumped to 4K monitor. Then there is the near total lack of documentation provided, a small sheet called quick start quide telling to remove packing material, install antennae, call CyberpowerPC for support. I did call and they said "OEM" MOBO and when asked for documentation they said they only had a pdf for MOBO. They sent and it is a one page drawing showing connectors with names. Like the other posts here I have learned nothing of the capabilities of this system other then a quick run of BenchmarkPC. I will try Sandra later hoping for something good. Major questions: Has anyone tested the speed on the C and Red USB ports on back? I ask because the Device Manager shows fastest of USB 3.10 controllers. Is there an updated BIOS? Has anyone found truth to what this MOBO is and its actual capabilities? The Device Manager had devices strewn all over from both builds that were no longer being used. I am certain I removed a hundred. Sloppy or lazy, then did not bother to clean up after building. Looking for help, opinions, whatever concerning this CyberpowerPC GMA3300SAMV2. A BIG thanks in advance. PS The only machine I bought before was a Sony Pentium 200MHz, 1996. Built everyone since then, but last one is OLD.

The 5700G model was installed correctly but left the extra one in, while I removed the 5600G. There were odd attempts to connect a video card through multiple PCIe slots, though only one card was present. USB connections were heavily overloaded, with devices like keyboards, mice, and drives being plugged into various ports without clear identification.
Regarding the purchase, I bought it at Sam's Club a day before the sale, which offered $200 off. I checked the display briefly and was okay with it. Upon unboxing, I noticed it lacked a DVI port—something I had expected. I tried to adapt despite having two older 19" and a newer 23" monitors. Later, I compared it to another unit and saw the ports were different. The boxed version had a different design, and I didn't find any Wi-Fi support.
I learned about a JUN 2022 BIOS update after getting home, but wasn't sure how many PCIe lanes were available on the board. I considered using all four SATA lanes and possibly upgrading to a 1TB NVMe drive. I thought about moving the existing card to a second slot, but it seemed to be in a poor condition. USB issues were also a concern, especially with drivers for 3.2 version 2 and potential problems I hadn't encountered yet.
I tested my hub with multiple USB 3.0 drives and found them slow, raising doubts about driver support for higher speeds. I wondered if the USB 3.10 drivers could handle 10GBs, but after trying, I realized that a hub with a C port only supports up to 5GB. This led me to replace it with a new one, which now advertises only 5GB. I’m still trying to figure out what drivers can really achieve.
I received all 10GBs as promised. The slow HD Tach speeds shown by the previous drives made me eager to test this new hub. After some trials, all four drives worked properly when connected together. I connected the old drive to the C port on the new hub and added the fourth drive. The old one now functioned as expected. I also experimented with different connection methods. Eventually, I added a DVD drive and an older USB 2 HDD. It worked fine. What changed? Likely the hidden devices previously installed by the manufacturer were interfering with Windows. The updates during that period were just security patches and had no impact.
