Your all apps list in the start menu isn’t looking right. I tried moving files into C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, but it didn’t work. What you need is to drag and drop shortcuts directly into the start menu so everything stays organized. You don’t have to restart explorer.exe before making changes in that folder.
