Hello everyone, I own a Zowie FK2 and experience the problem that it stops registering movement when I move the mouse away from the surface and then return it. I suspect this is due to a problem with the mousepad itself, so could you advise on how to properly clean one?

If you believe the problem is related to your mousepad, have you tried using it without a pad or with a different one? The solution is likely simply to clean it by wiping it down gently with a damp paper towel.

If you suspect the problem lies with your mousepad, have you tried using it without a pad or with a different one? Simply cleaning it with a slightly damp paper towel should resolve the issue.
