I checked the whole PSU and its packaging, but there’s no serial number. It’s confusing—am I missing something or should I reach out to Thermaltake for help?

It's usually found on the packaging sticker. Is it still covered by the warranty?

It remains covered under warranty, correct? I purchased it in June. I plan to share a photo of the packaging, though there’s no label displaying the serial number. The two codes or barcodes displayed are merely UPC-A identifiers for the item.

The image shows the back of the package. There is no sticker indicating the serial number or model.

From various manufacturers, the output label is typically located on the side with the label. However, with devices like your Seasonic unit, it might not be obvious at first glance.

I've attempted it, but nothing happened. I reached out to TT's customer service, but they consistently deny the issue, which is expected.

Not used to TT's measurement system, but from checking similar products, the serial number should point to the specs. If no label is visible, does the section appear tidy? Is there a remnant of old stickers? Any leftover marks? EDIT: The S/N tag must sit above the spec area. EDIT 2: I’d strongly question this TT listing. Uncertain about what’s inside, but reviews show power supplies with S/N tags and seller stamps. It seems your item might not be the right one. Can you share photos? For reference links: Etekcity review and KitGuru analysis. Updated April 30, 2024 by Godlygamer23 Added extra details.
