Hi, I'm having trouble getting BIOS access on my MSI B450 Tomahawk. It seems removing one of the HDDs might have altered the boot code in UEFI, causing it to fail to boot there but still work on CSM. I recently flashed the BIOS using BIOS Flashback and managed to reach the BIOS menu in CSM mode. After switching back to UEFI, I can't enter BIOS anymore. Restarting in Windows doesn't load the operating system. This issue is frustrating, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
- Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.6GHz
- RAM: Corsair 2x16GB 3200MHz Vengeance LPX DDR4
- GPU: PowerColor RX 580 8GB
- PSU: Corsair CV550 550W
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
