The situation is quite unusual. You're using BT 5.2 earphones with an Atheros QCNFA344A that only supported BT 4.1, which led you to upgrade your card. After installing the Mediatek MT7921 into your Acer Aspire 7, the WiFi function works well, but the Bluetooth driver causes issues. Removing and reinserting the card temporarily shows a generic Bluetooth device, yet reinstalling the driver makes it vanish again. It seems there might be a conflict between the firmware or drivers involved. You may need to check for compatibility or consider alternative solutions.

Usually a BIOS issue prevents the laptop from starting, so this isn't likely.

It appears MT7921 functions best with AMD processors. Several sources suggest it was developed considering AMD, which aligns with the fact that no Intel models came with it. It would be helpful to verify this information further. This situation feels similar to OEM restrictions.

I usually stick with Intel across all systems, like the AX200 or AX210. Don’t cut corners on your WiFi chip—this could cause issues. I think the MT7921 isn’t exclusive to AMD; manufacturers often get discounts on Intel parts when building Intel laptops, making them more common. They might also switch to cheaper options like CNVi, which is limited by the CPU’s WiFi version, though it should be possible to upgrade to WiFi 7 later.
