Fallout 4 continues to show significant FPS drops even after the newest beta update. JC3 remains unresolved issues on AMD GPU systems.

Uncertain about FO4. However, JC3 still shows massive drops. (Keep in mind the date I shared this—people from the future might make it quicker.)

Fallout 4 still experiences FPS drops. The vault door issue remains unresolved, causing my VATS to stop functioning and my radio to fail. It's the only game that feels both terrible and amazing at once.

other titles don't perform optimally at my end (refer to sig). the team from JC3 said a fix would come soon, but nothing has been released yet. FO4 appears to lag the most in the city area. my game frequently stopped during exploration, and there are many issues. outside the city it's about 45fps, which is still low. I didn't notice any major problems so far.

You're experiencing minor FPS fluctuations on your 4670k & R9 290 setup, especially in certain map areas. There are no major issues reported with FO4, though some performance dips are noticeable. I haven't tried JC3 yet, but based on current reports, AMD cards might still face challenges.
