I'm not sure which model you're using, but it seems to be a networked DVR with a 1TB HDD and 1080P capability. The PC app stopped working recently, and the official website appears to have removed support. You're looking for an alternative app that still works smoothly without recent restrictions. Let me know any details you can provide so I can help further.

There are numerous free IP cam software options available. It's challenging to compile a complete list. Even VLC can monitor most high-quality webcams. Additionally, there are paid applications that stream your camera feeds to the cloud, allowing remote access to your PC. You'll likely struggle to find a free app for a particular camera without using a lot of port forwarding. Most modern cameras include this capability built-in.

Meaning well, if this setup isn't working, switching to a new DVR seems inevitable. It almost looks the same now, but the app insists on using P2P instead of IP. I'm uncertain whether I can alter that setting because it relies on a UID instead.
