Your memory consumption seems excessive. At idle it's using 30%, while VRAM is at 70%. Checking Task Manager didn't reveal anything unusual. Need further assistance?

that seems kinda normal tbh. if you had said "90%" or something, yeah, but 30? Everything between20 and 30 is completely normal for windows, not "unusual" . i assume you have windows ? thats also something, youre asking a question about your hardware but dont tell what hardware it is… lets say there was an actual issue, how should anyone know? how do you know this? besides specs, some more information, like what the pc is actually doing when you notice this etc and maybe screenshots would help.

Typically running on Windows that doesn’t use much memory, it uses extra RAM as a buffer. This isn’t a cause for concern and can actually boost speed. The system will release this memory when programs need it. Check the Task Manager details page to see the cache size.

I mentioned my VRAM consumption is high. Which card are you using? With an 8GB model, roughly 70% is utilized during Ethereum mining, which also demands system memory. Is your graphics card overheating? Checking the Task Manager tab—would you notice higher usage if you switch one graph to "Cuda"?
