It seems unclear how to operate it, as it was originally an XP command line tool but functions well in Windows 8 and 10. I can't test it now because I'm using a work laptop, but I'll try again later on my desktop. That’s the situation I had in mind.

The only problems I've encountered with 1803 have been BSODs and freezes. The CPU usage remains normal.
