Looking forward to posting my in-game configurations for smooth 60 FPS performance, specifically targeting 55-70 FPS in online mode. These settings should also apply to an R9 280 GPU.

I verified it using MSI Afterburner and based on their estimate, it reaches 1920MB VRAM at 2143 iMax.

I installed 2400MB on my 660ti and didn’t see any major slowdowns except for occasional hiccups that occurred every few minutes or so.

Notably, I increased the graphics settings on my 270X yet achieved the same frame rate, while this title performs significantly better on Nvidia hardware.

I always stay above 55, regardless of what I do. I have two monitors, the game runs in windowed mode, and I'm watching YouTube/Twitch on another one, which reduces performance impact. That's great for you to handle better. I'm satisfied with my setup so far. P.S. Are you using MSAA?

The lowest I ever noticed with the 270X was 51 when driving at maximum speed through the city. Generally it's around 60 (with Vsync on) and yes, I also used MSAA at double speed. The only differences were shadow and grass quality, both kept high.

Would it make sense to disable the two MSAA settings and focus on improving graphics? Even though everything is nearly at its limit, you still maintain a steady 50 FPS. Your GPU is around an OC 290, which is quite powerful.
