I'm assembling a PC with whatever funds I can gather, aiming for a system that surpasses my current HP Envy setup. I've secured a motherboard and plan to install a Ryzen 5 3600, but I'm missing the RAM. I'm considering an ASRock B450 Pro4 with the Ryzen 5 3600 and a Wraith cooler, paired with a Thermaltake PSU, RedDragon R9 390, and my existing WD Green HDD. For storage, I'll keep using the old drive until I can afford a better one. My old machine barely runs voice chat or basic browsing now. With limited earnings and ongoing pandemic restrictions, this build is likely delayed for months.

Looking for the most affordable option with a 3200Mhz and 16GB RAM? Be sure to include a heatsink if needed.
