Hello, welcome to PC building! You're thinking smart by choosing a Ryzen 3 2200G for your budget. It should work well for basic games and give a solid value. Retailers are currently keeping prices around £230 (about $315 USD), which is quite reasonable for this model. The higher-priced 3200G is likely priced higher due to its better performance and features, but it won't be significantly more expensive than the 2200G in most cases.

Get 5600g for a better deal. The 300s price is way too high for 2200g. The Ryzen 5 5600g is a much better option at the same cost if you're willing to pay 300.

You're welcome, I'll check it out. It seems the APU is £30 less than the 2200G, which might help clarify your options.

Get your hands on the Ryzen 7 5700G for better performance. It should let you run modern games like Cyberpunk smoothly at 1080 medium or high with decent frame rates. Check out this link: https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Ryzen-5600G-1...B092L9GF5N

Pricing for APUs is currently very off the charts because of the graphics card shortage and the absence of recent generation budget CPUs. The 5600G seems to be the top choice for a budget system that doesn’t need a graphics card—it offers more power than the 2200G in both graphics and CPU performance.
