Are both participants connected via Steam Link? I haven’t tested it yet, but you’ll need two Bluetooth or wired controllers, and continue as usual.

With your Nvidia Experience and ShadowPlay, you can try the beta experimental features to let the second player join via a web browser. It works well for Cuphead to enable online co-op.

Begin the pairing using the Bluetooth controller and navigate to the Link's Bluetooth configuration. Finish the connection by linking the wired controller normally. This should conclude the process.
