The shop is shut down, so you can’t purchase it from the creators anymore, and I rarely see people using it. It was one of those buzzed-up indie titles that suddenly disappears. Like many indie games these days.

The official download is available on Reddit: https://s3.amazonaws.com/picroma/downloa...Setup3.exe. However, it seems a valid account is still required to access it, which might not be directly helpful right now since you can't buy the game.
