I recently built a new PC, installed everything, but now every time I open a game the CTRL, ALT, and SHIFT keys play toggle tones. The first press makes an ascending 4 chirp tone, and the second press makes 2 flat tones. I’ve unbound all AMD overlay hotkeys and nothing else should be causing this. It occurs in UPlay and Steam games, including Rainbow 6 Siege (not through Steam) and Warframe (through Steam).
Following further intense searching, I discovered another discussion thread on a different online forum offering a resolution: disable AMD Anti-Lag.
